Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sizes are approximate.
If you are unhappy with any catalogue product which you receive (product with an order code), simply contact us within seven days and we will arrange for the products return and an exchange or refund. However, please note that if you simply do not like the item and wish to return or exchange it delivery charges will be incurred.
There is no exchange, return or refund available on bespoke commissions.
We cannot take responsibility for third party contractors` costs, e.g. builders. We recommend that you wait for your item(s) to arrive before employing installers.
